HAIR & SPA SERVICES:
Most of the time our clients are thrilled with the results of our services. However, if you need any adjustments to your cut, or have any other concern, please (and we are serious when we say PLEASE DO!) contact your stylist within 7 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment to the original requested service. If it’s not exactly what you requested and you’re not 110% happy, we promise our best efforts to make it right for you!
PRODUCTS:
We do not offer refunds of any kind on any opened or used products you purchase during your visit.
CHILDREN :
As a customer—
Often, children are nervous about getting a haircut. We always do our best to help them relax and enjoy their time of pampering. However, occasionally a child is just too scared and upset for us to serve them well. For their safety and for the comfort of our other guests, our stylists reserve the right to discontinue a service with a child who is extremely upset.
We want children to be safe and happy getting their service from Jekyll & Hyde.
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Your appointments are very important to the Jekyll & Hyde Salon team members. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully REQUIRE MORE THAN 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel, no show or make changes to your appointment less then 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule prior to our rescheduling policy or do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.
