Jekyll & Hyde Salon & Spa is committed to providing quality service in a calm, relaxing, professional environment.   

 

HAIR & SPA SERVICES:

Most of the time our clients are thrilled with the results of our services. However, if you need any adjustments to your cut, or have any other concern, please (and we are serious when we say PLEASE DO!) contact your stylist within 7 days to schedule a complimentary adjustment to the original requested service. If it’s not exactly what you requested and you’re not 110% happy, we promise our best efforts to make it right for you!

 

 PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE FROM US:

All product returns must be done so within 14 days and can ONLY be returned if unwrapped or unused for a full refund.

Excahanges for any opened products will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.

 

CHILDREN :

While waiting—

We prefer that ALL children under the age of 12 be supervised in the salon AT ALL TIMES by an adult not receiving a service. This is an environment that is full of hazards for young children—sharp tools, hot tools, chemicals, smaLl objects, etc. We cannot assume responsibility for their safety.

As a customer—

Often, children are nervous about getting a haircut. We always do our best to help them relax and enjoy their time of pampering.  However, occasionally a child is just too scared and upset for us to serve them well.  For their safety and for the comfort of our other guests, our stylists reserve the right to discontinue a service with a child who is extremely upset.

We want children to be safe and happy.

 

CANCELLATIONS &  MISSED APPOINTMENTS:

Please give us at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellations.  After 2 missed appointments or cancellations less than 24hours before your appointment, we may require a deposit prior to servicing future appointments.  We work hard to meet the demand for our services, and we appreciate your prompt and courteous business.
